delivery and returns
how wick is delivered, the free week, cancelling, and what to do about a charge that looks wrong.
delivery
Digital only. Nothing ships. Download the app from usewick.net/download; a plan's licence key is emailed to the address given at checkout.
the free week
A download runs a week with no coins and no signup. Either plan starts with 7 free days and takes an email address, not a card.
cancelling
Cancel any time at usewick.net/buy/manage. A free week with no coins on file ends by itself on day 7.
returns and refunds
There is no written refund policy. For a charge that looks wrong, email hello@usewick.net.
